Gary S. Olson has been President and Chief Executive Officer of ESSA Bank & Trust since 2000. Mr. Olson began his career at ESSA Bank & Trust in 1977. Mr. Olson is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University. Mr. Olson has been a director of the Company since its inception and a director of ESSA Bank & Trust since 2000. Mr. Olson’s extensive banking experience and knowledge of local markets enhance the breadth of experience of the Board of Directors.

Meredith brings over 10 years of real estate experience to Ferro Steele LLC.  She has represented national and international public and private companies in various real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing transactions, financing transactions, development transactions and corporate mergers. She is also experienced in representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial, retail and industrial leases and build-to-suit leases and subleases and borrowers and lenders in connection with financing transactions.
